Who are we?

 Mark Sayers runs the property sales side of the Med and Mountain Group working in conjunction with French estate agent, Rev'immo, a member of the FNAIM. With 9 years of experience in the real estate business in the Perpignan area he is an expert on all aspects of buying property in France and is the ideal person to guide you through the sale or purchase of your house in France. Mark offers a very professional yet extremely personal service. Buying a property through Mark means that you will automatically benefit from his expert guidance throughout the purchase process from offer through to completion - and all at no extra cost.

Mark has a BA in French and Linguistics from the University of Sheffield and is a qualified French teacher. His studies included a year spent at Perpignan in France. Mark speaks French fluently – so well in fact that he is often mistaken as French by the locals!

Prior to moving to France, Mark worked in business to business sales setting up and managing the sales department of a software house.

 Louise Sayers is in charge of the translation side of the business offering a variety of services from interpreting, translation (for individuals as well as international translation agencies and corporations), a personal or corporate PA service and ad hoc assistance to small businesses on a freelance basis. Louise has also lived and worked in and around Perpignan for six years.

 Louise is a regular contributor to French Property News magazine with her popular column “Your A-Z of France”, a light-hearted look at life in France. She also writes regularly for local publications and websites on France.

 Louise has a BA in French and Spanish from the University of Manchester and is studying for a Diploma in Translation from the British Institute of Linguists. She has travelled widely, having lived in Singapore, Australia, Chile, and now France. She speaks French and Spanish fluently.

Prior to moving to France Louise worked as a top flight PA to senior management in media companies in London including Walt Disney and Tiger Aspect Productions.
