The apartment consists of:

• Living room open plan to fitted kitchen (with electric oven, hob and extractor) and dining area
• Three large bedrooms with double beds, one with en suite shower room containing walk-in shower and washbasin
• Bathroom with WC, washbasin and bath/shower
• WC

• The apartment was fully renovated in 2006.
• Towels and linen are provided.
• We welcome children and can provide a travel cot, steriliser etc on request.
• Our guests tend to book from Friday to Friday, to enable them to make the most of the weekend in Perpignan. We aim to be as accommodating as possible with all our guests, however, so if you have any special requests regarding arrival dates, or if you wish to stay for less than a week, then please don't hesitate to contact us.
• We also, of course, welcome guests who are here to see the rugby matches of the Catalans Dragons or USAP.
